Overview

140 tons with the reach to match.

The TCC-1400 carries Link-Belt’s telescopic crawler design up to a six-section boom that extends to 195.4 ft, riding on a crawler undercarriage built to keep working on ground a wheeled crane would avoid. With the three-piece bi-fold fly configured, it reaches a 257 ft 7 in tip height, among the tallest in the telescopic crawler line.

A Cummins QSL9 (320 hp) drives the crane through a two-speed travel system rated to 40 percent gradeability. Link-Belt Pulse handles the rated capacity limiter with live and simulated ground bearing pressure readouts, along with cellular telematics for fleet monitoring.

Why the TCC-1400

Six sections, nearly 258 ft of reach.

Link-Belt Pulse

Integrated rated capacity limiter with live and simulated ground bearing pressure readouts and cellular telematics.

Three fly configurations

From a single 10 ft fly to a 10-31-55 ft three-piece bi-fold, reaching up to 257 ft 7 in tip height.

Six-piece counterweight

An ABCD upper set plus two carbody pieces totals up to 82,000 lb, matched to the boom’s reach.

Tilting cab

A 0 to 20 degree tilting operator’s cab keeps the view on the load through steep boom angles.

Teflon-lined boom wear pads

Self-lubricating wear pads on the six-section boom reduce daily grease points.

Telematics standard

Cellular location, usage, maintenance, and fault-code monitoring, so your fleet team sees the machine before it calls in.
