Overview

The newest telescopic crawler in the line.

The TCC-1800 sits between the TCC-1400 and TCC-2500 in Link-Belt’s telescopic crawler range, built around a greaseless six-section boom that extends to 197.3 ft. Configured with the full SmartFly and three 18 ft lattice extensions, it reaches a 314.3 ft tip height, the tallest published figure in the family.

A Cummins QSB6.7 (310 hp) drives the crane through a crawler undercarriage designed around V-CALC asymmetrical side frame capacities. Link-Belt Pulse 2.0 adds live and simulated ground bearing pressure readouts on its 10-inch touchscreen, and remote-control counterweight removal speeds rig-down between jobs.

Why the TCC-1800

What’s new in Link-Belt’s latest crawler.

Pulse 2.0 with live ground pressure

A 10-inch touchscreen displays live and simulated ground bearing pressure alongside the standard rated capacity limiter.

Remote counterweight removal

Counterweight removal and sensing are controlled remotely, speeding transitions between jobs and transport.

V-CALC undercarriage

Symmetrical or asymmetrical side frame configurations with live on-screen working radii, integrated into Pulse 2.0.

Greaseless six-section boom

Teflon-lined, self-lubricating wear pads across all six boom sections cut daily lubrication points.

Optional auxiliary power unit

Runs cab climate control, the Pulse 2.0 display, lighting, and the camera system with the main engine shut down.

314.3 ft maximum reach

Stack the SmartFly with up to three 18 ft lattice extensions for the tallest tip height in the telescopic crawler line.

Questions, answered

Link-Belt TCC-1800 FAQ

Is the Link-Belt TCC-1800 a new model?

Yes. The TCC-1800 debuted at CONEXPO 2026 and is the newest addition to Link-Belt’s telescopic crawler line. Its published technical data is currently marked preliminary by Link-Belt and may be refined before full production.

How much can the Link-Belt TCC-1800 lift?

The TCC-1800 is rated in the 180 US ton (163 metric ton) class. Refer to the official preliminary technical data and the in-cab Crane Rating Manual for specific load chart values, since this model’s published capacities are still marked preliminary.

What is the maximum tip height of the TCC-1800?

Maximum tip height is 206.4 ft on the main boom alone, and up to 314.3 ft with the full SmartFly and three 18-foot lattice extensions configured, the tallest reach in the Link-Belt telescopic crawler line.

What engine powers the Link-Belt TCC-1800?

A Cummins QSB6.7 six-cylinder diesel producing 310 hp (231 kW) at 2,200 rpm.

What is new about the TCC-1800 compared to other Link-Belt telescopic crawlers?

The TCC-1800 introduces remote-control counterweight removal, a greaseless six-section boom, and V-CALC asymmetrical undercarriage capacities built into the Pulse 2.0 display, along with an optional auxiliary power unit that runs cab climate control and the display with the main engine off.
