Overview

55 tons that stays light on the ground.

The TCC-550 is the compact end of Link-Belt’s telescopic crawler line: a crawler-mounted crane that trades a highway chassis for a wide track footprint, keeping ground bearing pressure to 8.57 psi in its base configuration. Its four-section boom telescopes to 115 ft, and with the optional two-piece bi-fold fly it reaches a 172 ft tip height.

Every function runs through Link-Belt Pulse, the in-house operating system with an integrated rated capacity limiter, live and simulated ground bearing pressure readouts, and cellular telematics. A Cummins QSB 6.7L (215 hp) powers the crane through a two-speed hydrostatic travel system built for 40 percent gradeability.

Why the TCC-550

The smallest footprint in the line.

Low ground bearing pressure

8.57 psi in its base counterweight configuration keeps the TCC-550 working on soft or load-sensitive ground.

CALC confined area capacities

Confined Area Lifting Capacities are built directly into the Pulse display for extended, intermediate, and retracted side frame positions.

Greaseless formed boom

Teflon wear pads on the four-section boom cut daily lubrication points versus a pinned lattice structure.

Compact for the class

An 8 ft 9.8 in retracted track gauge and 19 ft 6.2 in overall undercarriage length suit tight industrial sites.

Telematics standard

Cellular location, usage, maintenance, and fault-code monitoring, so your fleet team sees the machine before it calls in.

Cummins QSB 6.7L

215 hp (160 kW) at 1,800 rpm and 700 ft-lb of peak torque, sized to match the machine’s 55-ton class.
