Overview

80 tons, engineered for soft or confined ground.

The TCC-800 pairs a greaseless, four-section telescoping boom with a crawler undercarriage, so it lifts at full rated capacity on ground that would stop a wheeled crane cold. The boom extends to 120.1 ft, and with the two-piece bi-fold SmartFly it reaches a 184.5 ft tip height.

Every function runs through Link-Belt Pulse 2.0, a 10-inch touchscreen operating system with V-CALC confined area lifting capacities built directly into the display. A Cummins QSB6.7 (232 hp) drives both the tracks and the crane functions, and standard telematics puts location, usage, and fault data in front of your fleet team before the phone rings.

Why the TCC-800

80-ton capacity that travels where it lifts.

Pulse 2.0 operating system

10-inch touchscreen with integrated RCL, live and simulated ground bearing pressure, and Wi-Fi updates.

V-CALC undercarriage capacities

Symmetrical or asymmetrical side frame configurations with live 360° charts and swing arrest, built into the Pulse 2.0 display.

SmartFly technology

One-person erection and storage for the 35 to 58 ft bi-fold lattice fly, with no capacity deduction when stowed.

Greaseless boom

Teflon-lined wear pads on the four-section boom cut daily lubrication points versus a pinned lattice structure.

Low ground bearing pressure

10.8 psi in its rigged working configuration keeps the TCC-800 working on soft or load-sensitive sites.

Telematics standard

Cellular location, usage, maintenance, and fault-code monitoring, so your fleet team sees the machine before it calls in.

Link-Belt TCC-800 FAQ

How much can the Link-Belt TCC-800 lift?

The Link-Belt TCC-800 has a maximum rated capacity of 160,000 lb, 80 US tons, at a 9-foot radius.

What is the maximum tip height of the TCC-800?

Maximum tip height is 127 ft on the main boom alone, and up to 184.5 ft with the two-piece bi-fold SmartFly.

What engine powers the Link-Belt TCC-800?

A Cummins QSB6.7 six-cylinder diesel producing 232 hp (173 kW) at 2,000 rpm.

What is SmartFly on the TCC-800?

SmartFly is Link-Belt’s one-person fly erection and storage system. On the TCC-800 it is available as a 35 ft one-piece or 35 to 58 ft two-piece bi-fold lattice fly, manually offsettable to 0, 15, 30, or 45 degrees, with no capacity deduction when stowed.

What is V-CALC on the TCC-800?

V-CALC is Link-Belt’s Variable Confined Area Lifting Capacities feature, built into the Pulse 2.0 display. It provides live on-screen working radius and 360-degree load charts for symmetrical or asymmetrical side frame configurations, whether the undercarriage is fully extended, intermediate, or fully retracted.
