Overview

120 tons on tracks, not tires.

The TCC-1200 steps up to a five-section formed boom that telescopes to 150 ft, riding on a crawler undercarriage that spreads its working weight across a wide track footprint. With the three-piece bi-fold fly configured, it reaches a 211 ft tip height, and five different fly lengths let you dial in exactly the reach a job calls for.

A Cummins QSL9 (320 hp) powers the crane through a two-speed travel system rated to 40 percent gradeability, while Link-Belt Pulse handles the rated capacity limiter, boom angle and radius readout, and cellular telematics.

Why the TCC-1200

120-ton capacity, five ways to reach.

Link-Belt Pulse

Integrated rated capacity limiter, boom angle and radius readout, and cellular telematics for fleet monitoring.

Five fly configurations

From a 10 ft single-piece fly to a 10-31-55 ft three-piece bi-fold, all reaching up to a 211 ft tip height.

Tilting cab

A 0 to 20 degree tilting operator’s cab keeps the view on the load through steep boom angles.

CALC confined area capacities

Extended, intermediate, and retracted side frame configurations built into the Pulse display.

Teflon-lined boom wear pads

Self-lubricating wear pads on the five-section boom reduce daily grease points.

Telematics standard

Cellular location, usage, maintenance, and fault-code monitoring, so your fleet team sees the machine before it calls in.
